For Attendees

Learn how to find events, purchase tickets, and check in at the door.

Find an Event

Use the Global Search bar on the homepage to search by event name, reference code, or tags (like "Live Music"). You can also browse the Discover tab.

Get Your Tickets

Click "Get Tickets" on the event page. Once you complete checkout, your digital QR code ticket is instantly generated in your wallet and emailed to you. For a private event, enter the event code the host shared with you first.

Upgrade to Host

Log in, scroll down to the app section on the homepage, and click the "Host an Event" tab to upgrade your account by adding payout details.

Build Your Event

Use the Event Builder to add cover photos, tick one or more categories/tags (your event then shows under each of those filters on Discover), set custom ticket tiers and sales deadlines, and optionally switch on Private so only people with your event code can open it.

Manage & Scan

Open your Dashboard to view live sales analytics. Click "Scan" to open the built-in QR scanner and check guests in at the door using your smartphone camera.

Frequently Asked Questions

Go to your Dashboard and click Manage on the event. At the bottom of the form, click the red "Cancel Event" button. This will immediately halt ticket sales, grey the event out on the Discover page, and notify users that the event is cancelled.

The system will automatically disable the "Get Tickets" button on your event page, preventing any new purchases. The event will still remain visible to people who already bought tickets so they can access their QR codes.

When you click "Scan" on your Host Dashboard for the first time, your web browser will ask for permission to use your camera. You must click Allow. If you accidentally clicked block, you will need to reset your site settings in your browser's address bar.

Turn on Private in the Event Builder (or in Manage Event). The event still appears on Discover, but with a locked "Private · Code required" banner, and it can't be opened or booked without your event reference code. Share the code, or the invite link (which carries the code), so guests go straight in. Hosts, admins, and anyone who already holds a ticket always have access.

Yes. Open your Dashboard and click Contact Log next to "Guest List & Bookings". It lists everyone who has ever attended your events, even after those events have ended. Tick the event(s) you want to promote, then use "Invite" on a single person or "Invite All" to email everyone a branded invitation with your event details.
